Please note that we do not print any brand logos or lettering from Harley-Davidson on the dials!

Manufacturing Notes:
Please be aware that the silver dials will be delivered in gray, not silver. Our dials, which are approximately 0.6 mm thick, are made from high-quality polycarbonate, which is very heat and UV resistant.
The material is intricately printed in multiple layers directly. Our dials are completely opaque; only the numbers and scales are illuminated.
The symbols on the black dials become visible when the light behind them shines through, just like the originals. The dials are fully cut out and thus ready for immediate installation.
They only need to be replaced with the original dials. Our dials are not glued. During the replacement, the tachometer must be opened, and the pointers removed.
We recommend having the installation done by a professional workshop. We do not accept any liability for any damages.

Mph → Km/h:
This tachometer dial (for US/UK models) has been converted from an original MPH tachometer dial to the Km/h unit and rescaled. The scale ends at 190 Km/h, unlike an original Km/h tachometer dial, which goes up to 220 Km/h.
The conversion and rescaling ensure an accurate display of the tachometer in Km/h. Please make sure to check the scale of your original MPH dial(s) against the dials shown above, as these serve as a template.
Only then can we guarantee a perfect fit. If you are unsure, please send us a clear photo of your tachometer via email before purchasing, along with details such as model, model designation, year of manufacture, and diameter of the tachometer.
These disc(s) have been scaled from MPH to km/h and are therefore not suitable for Km/h models. They are exclusively designed for MPH models. Original km/h models end at 220 Km/h.

Since we sometimes only receive the dials and not the entire tachometer from customers, we do not provide installation instructions!

We do not print or use any copyrighted brands and logos. All designs, images, descriptions, instructions, etc., from Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by copyright and may not be used without our explicit permission.
Any infringement of copyright will be reported without warning.

This is not stock merchandise – each order is made specifically for you, taking into account your chosen options (e.g., color preferences)! Please note that custom-made items are excluded from exchange.
If you change the standard numbers/scales and/or colors when purchasing an item, this is done at your own risk. We are not liable for poor or non-functioning products.
We recommend using the original corresponding colored lighting or neutral white lighting for colored illumination.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
